The Director, Deputy, and Managers of Belize National Youth Training Institute (BNYTI) invite applications for admission from serious-minded youths from the ages of seventeen (17) to twenty-nine (29), who wish to pursue a course of study at one of its youth training institutions. We believe that learning must take place in an environment that promotes a high level of discipline and respect. We strive to be number one in all we do so we endeavor to provide challenging, relevant, and vibrant studies programs. The Department of Youth, in collaboration with The Commonwealth of Learning and the Belize Tourism Board is offering a blended (Online & Face-to-face) 6-month training to undeserved young men for free of cost.

The program of studies leading to the award of a Tourism certificate from the Belize Tourism Board will be separated into Board Three parts (Level 1,2,3). All students must pursue.


6 (Months) of studies for:

SUPPORT SUBJECTS: Literacy, Mathematics, Financial Literacy, Life Skills.

SKILL AREA subjects: Tourism

To qualify for admission to BNYTI, students must apply and may be invited to attend an interview before a final decision is made. Students who are accepted will be given an evaluation to determine their level of competency in Mathematics and Literacy.

Completed forms should reach the Department of Youth Service Office located at 242 Dakers Street, Belize City, Belize or District Offices on or before 24th May 2024. To qualify for admission to B.N.Y.T.I., applicants must do the following:

  1. Completed application form and must reach the Department of Youth Service Office by Friday, May 24, 2024, by 3:00 p.m.

  2. Applicants have a Clean Police Record, Valid Social Security Card, Birth Paper, or Passport at the time of Acceptance and Registration.

  3. Applicants will also be required to attend a short interview before making a final decision.
